Project 1 : Favorite Destination

Due date: Wednesday, 2/26

Think of a place that you have visited, or would like to visit (Disney, Paris, Niagara Falls, Hawaii, etc..) and create a marketing based website including the following elements.

• A minimum of 3 pages (20) points
  • main launch page
  • 2 sub pages
• A navigation on each page to get you to and from each page. (10) points
• At least 5 images (can be your own if you have them) (8) points
• Use a simple layout, it can be table based(6) points
• For text, think of why you want to visit this place and write those ideas up as a marketing
  piece for fill content.* keep write up short (4) points
  • The main page should be a general short piece covering the key points.
  • The sub page can go into further detail regarding each point.
• Within the site, create a link to your email as possibly a "Contact Us" link or
  "For More Information" link (4) points
• Modify CSS for pages to map to your color palette and design. (20) points
• Project must be loaded to your website under art222, linked from you home page that was created in the first class. It must also be zipped and uploaded to blackboard(8) points
  

This project will be worth 100 points.

• The above criteria are met: 80 points
• Design (color palette, layout, etc...): 20 points

*Be prepared to present your site in class and explain your design, choices of layout and any issues you may have run across.
